•  Flashing check where the chimney meets the roof
•  Written findings with photos, so you see exactly what we see
Need just the inspection? A standalone Chimney Inspection is $99.
Why San Antonio Chimneys Need Regular Sweeping
Central Texas burns a lot of oak and juniper, and both lay down creosote fast — especially when fires smolder instead of burning hot. Add our spring storm seasons, which crack crowns and loosen flashing, and a chimney that looked fine two years ago can be a hazard today.

A clean, modern fireplace hearth with a warm, inviting glow, showcasing safety and comfort

The Chimney Safety Institute of America recommends an annual inspection for every chimney, and sweeping whenever creosote buildup reaches 1/8 of an inch. Most San Antonio fireplaces we service are overdue.
Signs Your Chimney Needs Sweeping Now
•  You smell smoke or a campfire odor when the fireplace isn't in use
•  The damper is hard to open or won't seal shut
•  You see black, flaky, or tar-like buildup inside the firebox
•  Smoke backs up into the room when you burn
•  Water stains appear on the ceiling or walls around the fireplace
•  It's been more than a year since the last sweep — or you can't remember the last one
Any of these sound familiar? Call 210-296-5076. A $139 sweep now beats a chimney fire or a $5,000 rebuild later.

Our Process
1.  Protect your home. We lay drop cloths from the door to the fireplace and seal the firebox opening — no soot in your living room.
2.  Sweep bottom to top. Rotary brushes and filtered vacuums remove creosote, soot, and nesting debris from the full flue.
3.  Inspect everything. Liner, damper, cap, crown, flashing — we check it all and photograph what we find.
4.  Report and recommend. You get straight answers: what's fine, what needs attention now, and what can wait. No pressure.
Most appointments take about an hour.

How long does a chimney sweep take?

No. We seal the work area and use filtered equipment. Your home stays clean!

My chimney leaks when it rains. Can you fix that?
