Terms and conditions:

Chimney sweep:

Customer acknowledges that steel flue sections may be improperly snapped, loose, or disconnected inside concealed areas that are not visible without removing walls, siding, or framing. Somri Home Services assumes no responsibility for any damage, separation, or failure resulting from these pre-existing conditions before, during, or after chimney sweeping.

Chase and cap:

All chimney chase and chimney cap installations may show minor variations in appearance due to material type and existing structure conditions. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Existing structure responsibility

We are not responsible for damage, deterioration, or defects in existing chimney systems, brickwork, mortar, siding, framing, roofing, or surrounding areas discovered before, during, or after installation.

Once the customer approves the completed work on-site, the project is considered accepted and final.
